The other required fields in the same form can be skipped as well?Always when the settings are correct and a pluging it not working correctly, you should make the following steps:
- Update WP engine
- Update all plugins
- Update theme
- Check error logs: resolve all issues untill u have empty logs
- Try to find the conflicting plugin: you need to disable plugins one by one and check if the problem persists.
