The company I use to host, used to support WP. They no longer support WP. I have to do this on my own.
I used to use a form prior to 2.6.? that had the pages you could change. I now am using 2.6.? that does not have that feature. So my sidebar is in the order that I make a new page….I do not want the pages in that order. I want the “new pages” that I am making to appear at the end of my sidebar.
OK?

Maybe my question should be:
How do I change the order of the items in the side bar?
Remember, I cannot add any add on’s because I am not hosting this web page. I can get in as admin but again I am a novice. I cannot find any page number but that is not the important item…..how do I change the order of the sidebar on the home page is the important question.

But, I will try the suggestions in the link you provided in the AM when I reach the office.
Again, I am a novice and my hosting co. stopped providing support. So I am on my own and appreciate all the advice given.

When I went to manage pages, it would list the items on side by number and links within the pages would have a number.
It no longer shows up any numbers.
