Hey Gautengusa,
This issue looks like it could stem from the theme and in particular a portion of CSS that is not allowing the search box to display full screen. Below are some troubleshooting steps that I would recommend that you go through in order to find out if the issue is related to our plugin, the theme, or another plugin within the backend of WordPress.
Diverse Solutions uses WordPress’ best practices to make it as compatible as possible with all themes and plugins; however, some theme and plugin authors do not adhere to these best practices recommended by WordPress which can often result in a theme or plugin conflict with our plugins. The following section provides instructions for determining if an issue you are experiencing with our plugin is caused by a theme, plugin, or hosting conflict.
1. Theme Test
The theme test will help to determine if there is some conflicting code that may be causing an issue with our product and the way it may display / function. To test this switch to a default WordPress theme as we know that the default WordPress theme is coded properly. PLEASE NOTE: You may want to create a backup of your theme / product environment as switching a theme our may cause things to change. It is always a good idea to have a point to restore to. A few examples of the default WordPress themes would be the following: twenty twelve, twenty thirteen, twenty sixteen, ETC. Now check the page in question and see if the issue is still there. Take notes if you see a difference in behavior after you have switched the theme. If this issue is still there, you will want to move on to STEP 2 in order to verify if this is related / not related to a plugin conflict. If switching out the theme solved the issue, you will want to reach out to the theme developer who created the theme and contact them for support regarding the issue that you are seeing.
2. Plugin Test
If the theme didn’t have anything to do with the issue then move on to the plugins section. There are many WordPress plugins out there and not all of them are coded nicely so let’s see if you have a plugin installed that is not playing nice. To test this section, let’s first have you disable all of the plugins besides the IDX Press plugin from Diverse Solutions. In doing this, you eliminate the problem that other plugins may be causing an issue with our product. With all of the plugins disable besides ours, take a look into the area that you were seeing an issue. Do you see a change or is the same thing happening as you saw previously? If you do see a change, you will want to enable each additional plugin 1 by 1 until you find the plugin that may be causing the issue. When you do find the plugin causing the issue, we generally recommend deleting this plugin and try to find a plugin that does the same thing as the plugin you were using. If after disabling all of the plugins you are still running into this issue, you will want to move on to step 3.
3. Hosting
For hosting, this section will mainly pertain to 3 things, 1. Caching plugin / Script in the hosting environment. 2. .HTACCESS File and 3. Juicebox Error. If you are running into any of the following issues you will want to have the support rep provide you will additional information on this issue as each issue can be very unique to a number of different terms / settings.
If after all of the above tests you are still running into this issue, you will want to get back in contact with your support rep and have them take a look to see if there is anything else that they can see on their side of things before we can send this up to our development team.4. Theme Developer
The last thing I would check is if the theme specifically stated that it is for use / does work with the Diverse Solutions brand (IDX Press), then I would open a ticket with the web development company and have them take a further look into this issue. Most companies that offer a theme around our plugin use only the LITE version of the plugin, not the PRO which you are using. This is important because the pro has different CSS rules then the LITE version of the plugin does. Opening a ticket with the theme development company may result in them correcting or providing you will the correct code needed for the registration issue.

RileyHey Cssofttest,
I’m not sure I fully understand what you are trying to do in regards to the map. The map functionality is going to display in the area based on the criteria used for the search. For example, if we use the zip code you have provided, 97217, the map should only pull in listings in that zip code and the map will show only that area. What it comes down to is the information that is being searched, the map will reflect that information. Please open a ticket with the support team via email: support@diversesolutions.com if you have any further questions or concerns.

RileyHey Raaj Trambadia,
Generally, with most themes you will see a option for a template layout such as right sidebar or full width. If you are in the WordPress backend and go to the IDX tab >> General you should see a section called Display Settings and it will look something like this: http://prntscr.com/ard43a. In here you will be able to choose the template page that you would like for the listings to display on such as Default for my theme. The default layout is full width, but I do have some other options to choose from: http://prntscr.com/ard4n7. If you do not see this on your side of things in terms of select able options from the drop down, you may want to do one of the following:
Option 1: You can code your own custom template layout similar to one of the ones that you are seeing on on the default 2016 theme or other similar theme. In doing this, you would allow for this new template to be the default template for all IDX related pages. (Unfortunately, we would not be able to support the coding or addition of this to the theme. The theme developer may be able to help you with adding your own template file)
Option 2: You may want to look into a different theme if you are going in that direction at all. This would not be ideal if you have bought a theme however since you can generally not get your funds back from a theme author.

RileyHey TheKenDog,
In regards to the first issue that you are seeing, I would recommend opening a ticket with the support team. I say this as I am not sure what MLS you are apart of to take a closer look into this issue. We will be able to identify the problem. You can reach out to support via the following email: Support@DiverseSolutions.com or call in via the following: p. 877.348.7654 Ext. 3
For the second issue, I would recommend using IDX Pages as this will give you more control over the options that you have to select. By default, short code will only allow for one area to be selected.
Example: http://prntscr.com/apu5a3
Only one area type can be pulled through at this time unfortunately when using short code. IDX Pages can be used as a good alternative in this case because they allow for you to add multiple items within a single link. This would include things like multiple zips, cities, MLS numbers, tracts, counties, and much more.
