Yup! I totally agree. I had the same experience as you. And yes, read the fine print, not reading it, was on me and as a result I lost money. However, WD have to make a product that works…and their plugin DOES NOT work. You go back and forth and back and forth with their tech people and still it won’t work. They are scam artist.
You are better off going directly through Mail Chimp. The forms might not be as spiffy and up market as WD and they may not have some of the functionality that WD say they have, but as WD doesn’t work you haven’t lost anything.

@ Rich95 Yeah my problem is the same with Hostgator. At least 1and1 said that they’ll do the update. Hostgator said they are not doing it!!! So we’ll see how it all unfold. I might need to change my host!

Hi Mike, I downloaded the info onto my desk top from the two links provided below

I replaced those files in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/
using Filezilla to dragged the files. A box opened asking if I wanted to overwrite etc, to which I check the overwrite button for both files. Both were transferred successfully.

I double checked to make sure that everything had changed in my cPanel. I went into my file manager, click on edit, then click on code editor. I used the first link that you provided, so I could cross reference my new file using the line numbers https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/commit/ae36ff71fae112d08f0caf7f894e221254345328 to make sure all the information correlated. All files appear to have been been uploaded correctly and everything matches to the code given in the url above.

I’m still having the same problem? Pending and cancelling out. The transaction is complete on the paypal end, so the funds are being captured and processed.
