Hi Jan,
I’m talking about the form where you have to enter the data for booking name, surname, etc. (step 4)
Everything works fine, only the text box no longer has the formatting it previously did

Hello Steve,
I have the exact same problem.
The problem is not so much the language of the administration page, but the lack of the indicated function “Email Inquiry Button Style”.
I apologize for my English, but I am translating with Google Translate and it seems to have understood that should also be active in the LITE version, is not it?
