I was able to get back the side bar for a different user but not the main account. Still confused on what is causing this.
Sorry got it fixed, for some reason there was a conflict going on with the scripts however when i loaded the same [post-a-job] shortcode in the sidebar, both would work. So I just hid the sidebar for this page, dirty i know but it does the job.
