Yes, I also have been trying to contact them and nothing appears to be working…and I’m having problems with my site due to this plugin!
I’m not a power user or programmer but I was getting the same message when I installed and activated it. Somehow it was interfering with my NextGen plugin. I had to go to GoDaddy (my service provider) to have them help me uninstall it via FTP. I’ve now set up a test website to make sure everything is working correctly before I install to live site.
