In reply to: [CircuPress] Email Subscription Not WorkingThe script is installed and executing, but it’s ignoring the values that are populated in the form fields. Have you updated your theme or added any new plugins lately? I believe you have a plugin that may be nulling out the fields upon a submission.

In reply to: [CircuPress] Email Subscription Not WorkingHi Porkalandia,
We’re troubleshooting the form issue, the data is not being sent so we’re trying to identify what may have changed. This could be a WordPress update that got us.
As for the receiving emails, we have been working with your team off and on on that issue. We monitor our deliverability with a third party so we know that our emails are going out, our reputation is good, and the emails are making it into the inbox. However, if a subscriber marked an email as junk, they are not going to get it. We would need to know the exact email address and the exact email to check our mail server logs and verify that it was delivered. You have our contact information – if you need it again, let me know.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Publish To Apple News] Syntax ErrorI didn’t mean a perfect replication of the mobile device, I meant simply displaying a layout and showing what style is adjusting what. Surely a simple diagram could be helpful.

In reply to: [CircuPress] something smells bad here !We absolutely DO NOT require credit card info when signing up. This is an absolutely false claim about our business and unfortunate that you would write this. You are free to sign up and send as many test emails as you’d like to for months on end without us ever charging you at all. In fact, while we’ve been improving the system, we haven’t even charged the customers who HAVE been sending more emails than they signed up for.
We are an honest business and are not hiding anything!

In reply to: [Image Rotator Widget] Newest Plugin NoticeYea, that was totally my fault. I didn’t realize renaming the core file within the plugin would disrupt it like that. Sorry about that! I’ll never do that again.
