I posted on the sub-forum and saw that Jetpack staff are off until Jan 5. It’s really a WordPress issue though, as all of my access is blocked until it’s solved.
It’s .com, but for the same reason I cannot log into that forum. I was hoping someone from Jetpack might pop up. These was a similar post from about a year ago.
