Thanks for the reply. I am 100% sure the credentials are correct. And, no other SMTP plugins were active at the time of testing. I’ve tried several plugins and all of them had the same error with the authentication therefore I don’t think it’s your plugin that’s causing the issue. I ended using another server so it’s good now. Thanks again!
Btw, not sure if it matters but the theme I am using is this and uses Elementor.
EDIT: Upon investigating, I found out that the home page, which was using Elementor, is no longer showing as using Elementor. All other pages still show using Elementor and look fine.
