That would not work in this case as the blog that is to receive the posts will also have its own unique local posts.

Okay…..Soooooo….why doesn’t WordPress.org just say that WordPress requires Apache? It doesn’t, and clearly says all one needs is PHP 4.3+ and MySQL 4.0+ (both of which I have).
So, could someone provide a serious answer? Is this a general problem with hosting WordPress on IIS or am I missing something?
