Any way, some sort of template system for the list, profile and gallery is planned for in some release, don’t cant say when, but it will be betwen 0.6 and 0.8.
Same as Piloter … basically, only the name and the avatar are essential for a multi-author’s blog !

I also have this kind of problem with the Nextgen Gallery 1.2.1 slideshow.
The gallery and gallery widget work fine, but my images no longer appear in the slideshow widget, after I accidentally deleted (then reinstalled) the JW imagerotator (i.e. the imagerotator.swf file).
I am working on a local host, with MAMP.
In the options panel of NextGen, I defined the imagerotator.swf file path as :
http://localhost:8888/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/
In the slideshow widget, I selected the gallery I want to appear.
But the only thing I see on my page is a white empty square… where the images should be.
I would appreciate any help !
