Try hReview as well.
I could probably factor out quite a bit of common code… at the expense of making things quite a bit more abstract.
There aren’t that many microformats yet, but either hRecipe or hReview could be easily modified to provide semantic markup similar to formal microformats.

It would have been nice to know that the plugin title is used for the installation directory.
