I can still login into the server that hosted my old blog. It was a business I used to work for and my domains wer hosted there.

There is one MYSQL database on there – how do I know if my wordpress information is in that database? Would it be a separate database for each domain name on that server or one main database that had the information for all subdomains on the shared server?

I downloaded the file…if I import that to my current server, how do I check to see if my wordpress info is there?

Is phpmyadmin something I deal with on my server or software? I definitely don’t have any experience with stuff like this but I can usually do what needs to be done if pointed in the right direction.

I am on a mac by the way, if that matters….

I have that file, yes. I copied the entire directory from the previous server which included all the php files…wpconfig.php being one of them. Is that what you mean?

I’ve read that maybe I need to “import” that somehow but I’m not sure how to do that since I can’t login to my site at all.
