Here it is exactly the same problem… takes a long time or simply doesn’t work at all.
In the error logs I find an error that seems to be the crux of the matter:
“too much recursion jquery.js:2:6868”
It’s somehow not possible to “save” enabling of Custom Content. You can use the switch but on next page load it’s switched off again.
Same here: “Fatal error: Class ‘Caldera_Forms_Sync_Factory’ not found in […]/wp-content/plugins/caldera-forms/fields/html/field.php on line 4”.
