Same problem here with both of my websites:
Yoast SEO was unable to create the database tables required and as such will not function correctly.
Please read this help article to find out how to resolve this problem.
I contacted my hosting provider and they say I have all the rights for the database. So this is really a Yoast-problem. I deactivated Yoast SEO and will wait for a proper solution.
