I am having similar problems with Google search results. Our domain name changed in June from http://www.eblex.org.uk to beefandlamb.ahdb.org.uk and although our pages are being indexed (checked in search console and site:) the Google custom search within our website is not finding any of the new content, the main Google search seems to be finding some of the content but not all. I used the tool to request a domain change in search console but that hasn’t made a difference. lar0516 did your search problem get resolved, and if so, I’d be grateful to know how?
