Signup Sheets Lite and Pro was not developed to support multiple [sign_up_sheet] shortcodes on a single page. Although we will add it to our future feature list, we can’t commit to a release date for that feature at this time.

Thank you for reporting this. This issue has now been resolved with the latest updates to both our Sign-up Sheets Pro and Lite versions which was published this morning.

Currently there isn’t a way to directly edit a spot in the admin panel. However, you can clear a spot in the admin and then fill out the signup form on the front-end of your site for the user with their updated information. They will then get an email confirmation as they would have if they filled it out themselves. You can also do this for users if they are unable to access the internet and want you to sign them up manually.

We don’t currently have plans to add these features to the plugin, but I will keep your suggestions in the event we are able to add them to a future update. If you are interested in having us develop admin panel signup editing or self removal confirmations for you immediately, please send us a message through our Request for Quote form on the link below and we can give you an estimate for adding these features.

Do you have Jetpack or a similar plugin installed? You may want to test turning off each plugin except Sign-up Sheets Pro and seeing if the issue gets resolved to help pinpoint if there is a conflict with another plugin and which one it is. Please let me know what you find.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try deactivating and then reactivating the plugin. It appears that in the most recent version one of the changes isn’t getting caught during the update and it’s causing the report to be blank.

I just took a look at your site. I see on the sheet “Organizing Rec MLS uniforms for distribution to teams” for August 16 it lists 6 open spots on the main listing and then I click into it there doesn’t appear to be anyone signed up so it should list 8 open spots. However, when I view the page source I am seeing this comment in the HTML…

On my end I am getting this same result in Firefox, Chrome, Chrome (incognito mode) and Safari. It appears some caching may still be in effect. Were you logged in on FireFox? Depending your settings caching may not be in effect for user your are logged in or users that have a specific access level. I hope that helps, but please let me know if that doesn’t solve the problem.
