  • Hello,
If you have the PRO version, you can add member # as a custom sign-up field. Unfortunately, on the free version, this feature isn’t available.
    Thanks,

Yes, you have to click on the right end of the additional settings tab to see the options. Something we should have fixed soon.

Yes, each individual sheet has its own “Sheet Specific BCC” field where you can assign any email address.

    Hello,
Glad to hear that you love our plugin. Yes, you can assign multiple email addresses per sheet which will send an email that shows all sign-ups for a sheet anytime a user adds or removes a signup from the front-end.

    Settings>Status Email
Make sure “Status Email” and “Send to Sheet BCC recipients” are enabled.

Click on the Sheets Edit link, click on “additional settings” tab and enter as many email addresses on the “Sheet Specific BCC” field.

    Thanks,

    Hello,
Currently, the email field is required and cannot be turned off. We will consider adding this feature, however, if you would like to have this soon, send us a message through our Request a Quote form with the details of what you are looking for and we can send you an estimate.
    Thanks,

    Hello,
Let’s try a few things before we start digging into the code.
    1. Restart your computer (you’ve probably already done this)
    2. Deactivate and delete Sign-up Sheets and reinstall.
    3. Deactivate all other plugins except for Sign-up Sheets and see if the issue persist. If no issue, then we have a conflict with another plugin and you will want to activate the other plugins one at a time to see which plugin is causing the conflict.

If no luck, shoot me an email at enevarez@dlsstudios.com and we can investigate further.

    Thanks,

    Hello,
Are you referring to the sign-up form that users/volunteers use? If so, it could be a conflict with another plugin as we are unable to reproduce on our end. I would recommend deactivating all plugins except for the Sign-up Sheets and see if the issue continues. If you are unable to resolve, you can email us a temporary admin login to your site for us to investigate further at enevarez@dlsstudios.com
    Thanks,

    Hello,
You should be able to add sheets without deleting previous ones so we will need to look into this further. Would you be able to send me temporary admin access to your site? If so, you can email me at enevarez@dlsstudios.com. As far as space between the Mass times, currently there isn’t an option to create space, however, we will be releasing an updated version sometime in January that will allow you to create Headers/task divisors which will give you the space you are looking for.
    Thanks,

    Hello,
Are these tasks that you are creating while editing/creating a sheet or are these custom task fields that are not displaying when working with a sheet? We are having problems displaying Custom Task fields if there isn’t a custom sign-up field setup. If you don’t have a Custom Sign-up field setup for the sheet you are working on, go ahead and add one and see if this resolves your issue. The number of tasks shouldn’t affect saving the sheet. Have you added any new plugins around the time you began having issues?

Another user experienced the same issue and posted his solution on our support forum….

The problem was caused by installing it via network install. When I installed in for the particular blog, the problem was resolved.

Let us know if this doesn’t resolve your issue and we can investigate further.
    Thanks,

Thanks for the response bmulligan3! Benore, Let us know if this doesn’t resolve your issue and we can investigate further.

    Hello,
Can you please clarify “signing on to a statement to which they agree. Not their names, their organization, location, email and website.” When users/volunteers sign-up for events/tasks, they are required to enter first name, last name and email on our Sign-up Sheets plugin. Emails can remain private (defaulted to remain private but there is an option to display user info) and the list of names will appear to the right of the specific task the user/volunteer signed up form and not below the sign-up sheet. Let us know if you have any other questions.
    Thanks,

In your case it looks like the [sign_up_sheet] shortcode is being wrapped by a <code> HTML tag in your content editor. To resolve this you should be able to use either of the following methods…

    Option #1

    1. Edit the page/post where you are using the [sign_up_sheet] shortcode
    2. Highlight the shortcode in the “Visual” editor field
    3. Click the “Clear Formatting” button in the editor toolbar

    Option #2

    1. Edit the page/post where you are using the [sign_up_sheet] shortcode
    2. Switch to the “Text” editor
    3. Delete any HTML tags around your shortcode that say <code> and </code>

    Hi Kevin,

The Sign-up Sheets plugin doesn’t set any specific fonts; it will only take that style from your theme’s CSS. To adjust the font you can do so by editing your theme’s CSS file.

The exact code you need to use may vary based on your theme, but the primary Sign-up Sheets CSS classes are…

    .dls-sus
    .dls-sus-sheets
    .dls-sus-sheet
    .dls-sus-tasks

If you can provide a URL to your site where you are seeing the courier font we would be happy to provide a more specific example for your site.

Sign-up Sheets (by DLS Software Studios) is the original sign-up sheet WordPress plugin. PTA sign-up sheets is a copy of it.
