Thanks for the response. We are currently using WooCommerce subscriptions. The issue is that the payment method they are using, is one created by the plugin “Square Recurring / Simple Payments For WooCommerce Subscriptions”.
That uses information in the fields Square Customer ID and Square Card ID. Your payment method, on the other hand, uses Customer ID and Payment Token. Are those fields compatible such that the information could be switched from one to the other?
If not, for active subscriptions, is our only solution to let their subscriptions fail and force them to setup new information in your payment method?
