same problem here… but i solved right now!
Yesterday my site kit was working, today i re-installed wordpress and site kit and i fall into this famous loop so i am here.
– i disabled all plugins (like really simple ssl).
– i delete my website propriety from search consolle
– logged out and logged in on wordpress
– installed site kit , reset it and then it finally works as yesterday.

i don’t know why but the new version don’t works with posts in the loop but only with oages. i uploaded the 2.3 version

solved …it was an error with some duplicate tags with same name.
