fixed now.. i installed jetpack plugin … now all is good.. hope this may help someone else.

i have just added the “off-canvas menu navigation” on the right..
on the lefthand side of the site ther are 3lines . that is the menue thats missing and will not load.. when i hover over the right hand side i get javascript:void(0)
when i hover over the left hand side menu i get nothing.
