The push for all devices work, there is just an error in your link :
not :
No “/” between “push” and “?”
and i have : 1058 of 1058 device(s) notified
If I send a push from the plugin, it does not always work (one or all devices)

I tried several times to deactivate, remove, install, and then reactivate YARPP again but still the same problem.
I have no problem with YARPP <4.1.
