I fixed my problem with the help of tech support. What I did was go under my Dashboard and deleted or deactivated any plugin not relevant to my site and it solved the problem instantly. Hope this works for you. Please let me know.
Yes. But they stopped helping me. I just deactivated and reactivated it but now the items just go straight to checkout.
