Those black boxes on the header and footer looks separate .. can u try to blend it with the rest of the site ?
Sidebar can be re arranged I think… looks crowded..even when lot of space is available below it..
Why dont you make the blog description text, instead of that image.. should be helpful in the SEO way
Tags are not visible as such… any color change might help ?

Also, have you added the user to the db in mysql area in cPanel ?

Here is what I did, ( if you dont want to touch codes ) I downloaded the image, and figured out the exact image size. I created my header in that size, and used the name of the actual image up there, and uploaded to the images folder overwriting the old one 🙂

What was the error message ? are you trying to import it using Phpmyadmin on cPanel ?
