you are using this theme https://colorlib.com/wp/themes/activello/and probably the best place to get support for this issue is from the author.Have you tried contacting him/her?

i think one thing you can do is make sure your live site uses the latest WP version.All your data is stored there so when you are ready, you can export it and use it in your new site.

Also updating WordPress is highly recommended 🙂
