So I looked into the floating p. This is actually not a bug but show what kind of input you are generating. So for example, if you push Bold, you will wind p >> bold. You can make the p go away by adding this code to your custom CSS
.mce-path, .mce-path .mce-divider, .mce-path-item { display: none;}To change the text we will build this feature in the next update, which should be in around 10 days. I hope this will work for you?

Sorry for the long wait you had. I’ll look into to the problem today and give you feedback asap. So I guess next feature would be to be able to edit all the text within the plugin. Noted and will start working on it!
