I see the “resolved” status or solution… but this is happening to me as well…I have cleared my cache with main browser…but loaded two other browsers and even logged in with my work computer… and the maintenance page will NOT load for the main page of our website… it will load for any subsequent pages.. though… which makes no sense and is not useful if the main page is viewable.
