As @paulwp mentioned it’s not an issue with WordPress. You need to change and install a different theme for whatever niche you are working on. Go to WordPress admin area, and under Themes area you can download a different theme for your Website

You can install WordPress from your hosting Cpanel account. Look for softaculus or software. There, you’ll find WordPress, install it from there on your domain.
