    Using the WordPress-2.6.5

    And the theme Cutline 3-Colum Split

    Gave the following error:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare custpostback_plugin_menu() (previously declared in /home/…/wp-content/plugins/custom-post-background/custom-post-back_admin.php:11) in /home/…/wp-content/plugins/custom-post-background/custom-post-back_admin.php on line 9
