Ok I just realised I only had to check box to make a hourly cron job. But also I saw that it doesnt delete files from database where files are no longer awaiable. can I do it somehow?

Yes, now I run it manually. But would like to be able to run sync when a new file is uploaded by ftp.

Thanx everyone. Interesting thing is that from another PC my webpage is running normally, but from my PC I still get the same “under construction” message. I will try to remove index.html file.
