ok this was a prob with the mod_security at my host
support resolved it – thanks for the help here!
i too am having this problem, when trying to save (or publish) posts with links or images in them i get redirected to my domain home page.
this also happens if i try to add a “more” to a page or use italics
did either of you 2 sort this out?
