Yes, this feature included in both versions (Pro/Free). However, this option support for user role not only a user as you thịnking. I sent and notified to our technical team about this option. Maybe, we will improve it in the next version.

3/ We have fixed this issue. We will release it as soon as possible.
5/ A the moment, you can set the default image for the question.

1/ At the moment, the plugin does not support to redirect the Submit Question form button to the same page.2/ If you want to add the sidebar in the single page, you can create a single-dwqa-question.php file in your theme folder then copy code of your single.php file paste into the single-dwqa-question.php file to custom.
You can insert the sidebar position.Hope this helps!

However, The Pro version has supported send notification to the anonymous user.
