I have checked on our demo and it’s some confusion in the permission of plugin. We will check and fix it in the next version. At this point, you can be setting in the permission and don’t allow user can edit the question. We will release as soon as possible.

At the moment, I can not access your site, you can check again and let me know when the site comes back.
Also, in this case, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.

At the moment, you can delete question by going to this question and click on the dropdown below question title then choose delete.
Also, You can get this extension to use Google reCaptcha on your website: https://www.designwall.com/wordpress/dwqa-extensions/dwqa-captcha/
