I tried it from another computer and it is working. Why would the PC I use make a difference? They both have the latest Firefox browser.
I am using the free version of the plugin. This link you provided requires a subscription?

I performed a repair and optimize on the table. That didn’t help. I then did a FLUSH and that seemed to have fixed the issue. Any ideas why this would happen?
