I get that you have rules that you need to stick to though, so it’s all good.
I’ve tried, but they provide some of the worst support I’ve ever experienced. They just seem to ignore questions if it seems like it’s too much to explain. I’ve been waiting 2 – 3 days for a response on this now and haven’t gotten a response. They answered a more basic question, but not this request.
