i thought you were referring to the “” from the plugin. I removed them and the problem still there. With regards to your instruction, I do not how to do that. I have very little knowledge of php. Please help me with this problem. I think it has something to do with the plugin. I am on a tight sched right now and under pressure. Anybody please help.

Thank you for your response. Please see http://www.dalivery.com.ph and then register. Proceed to book a delivery and then print a waybill. Thats where the problem is.
Sir Baden, I have a related problem. After clicking on the printer icon, a new page is created with all the elements that I wanted to be printed. However, it does not automatically open the printer window. How do I resolve this?
