Alright, I’ll think about how to do this in a good way for the next release. It could be useful to map domains to posts, but I don’t see it with other types.Oh god, I’m looking forward to the result 😉

It was a stupid programming mistake. I’ve fixed it and tested the code with pages and two different CPT. I believe the reported bug is now fixed.
The problem appeared, when no CPT were registered – as I said, a stupid programming mistake.
You can download the fixed Version (1.2.1) here.
As soon as you verify the fix, I will mark this version as stable 🙂
Edit: btw, only public and non-builtin (the builtin ones are Pages, Posts, Attachments, Revisions, …) CPT + Pages appear. I can change this though if you wish.
