In reply to: CSS display differences in I.E.I thought the box model has something to do with the widths in different browseres? My problem is that an extra border shows up and the header is display a line away from the main DIVs.

In reply to: Forum Based BlogThank you 🙂
I’m going to apply a forum-based layout to the Archives and other pages and I’ll see if I’m able to make it a theme.

I’m not sure how to either.Forum: Your WordPress
In reply to: Forum Based BlogOh thanks for the suggestion Oriecat. I just fixed the background and it now doesn’t flicker when you scroll.
Forum: Your WordPress
In reply to: Forum Based BlogYeah it does flicker because of the odd pattern in the background. I was considering changing the background to a solid colour so it wouldn’t do that.
I don’t think I would have that trouble… (At least I sure as heck hope not) The layout lacks a few things that makes a forum a forum. Like a navigation, a login area (or register) and other random stuff. And I’m pretty sure they would get it because they don’t see a list of forums either.

In reply to: Style Switcher external pages? If I understood your question correctly:
A skinning system would work with WordPress and with outside pages. It just would be difficult to work out. I never have tried WordPress 1.5 with skins but I had WP 1.2 with my skinning system and it worked quite well.
