Finally my hosting provider could give me a hand and restored a blog folder. For my question What was wrong he told me that file permissions were incorrect for some files, or may be the required files was corrupt.

Thanks for your suggestion. I’ve installed WP Add Custom CSS plugin and could easely modify my styles.
