After a bit of searching I realized that file is the install.php I’m guessing this is optional? Does install.php need to be used ever again?

EDIT- found it and it is unchecked….which makes me even more confused
EDIT2-I just say that each new person needs to be approved once. Okay I can go with that. Thanks for the help 🙂
