As I wrote earlier. I have already contacted support with a description of the problem. I will ask specifically for DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD, DB_NAME, DB_HOST when support responds.

In reply to: Database problemI found a similar name to that and tried it with no luck. I will try again now to be sure…
I found “mysql5.unoeuro.com” in my information email and tried it with no luck. The wp-site updates though i.e. it now writes “can’t contact the database server at mysql5.unoeuro.com.”.

In reply to: Database problem1. I checked the status at the host’s site and it says that it is online. I can access the server via the host’s site.
2. I don’t consider it likely. I’ve verified that the username and password are correct by using them to log in myself. I tried multiple names for the hostname and dbname. When I log into the MySQL server manually it lists it as “localhost”.
