There is an incompatibility between the plugins wp-Typography and NextGEN Gallery:
if both are installed and activated, it is impossibel to create new previews with NextGEN G, existing previews are OK.
I Think both plugins are great. My inbetween-solution ist, to activate wp-Typography only for the time I use it, and to deactivate it for the rest of the time.
This information was sent to the creators of both plugins and I propose they should work together to improve their plugins.
