I have everything styled correctly using my temporary workaround of adding the #content css styling at the moment.
I have moved on from this problem for now, but when I get some time I will replicate the problem offline with MAMP and check your solution.
I will also forward your suggestion onto the WMPL forum board and Studiopress forum board where my other posts exist, incase anyone else has suffered this problem.
Hopefully Studiopress and WPML can work this thing out too.

It’s Chinese New Year right now, so it will be a few days until I get a chance to look at this. I will let you know after.

A couple have said they will look to integrate it in a future update, so I look forward to hearing back.

p.s. I cut and pasted this cart css from Jeremy Carter’s blog, I saw a lot of others are using it too. Do you guys have any timeframe or roadmap for making your native woocommerce cart page mobile responsive?

However as you said in the hint it says:
“Set your shipping price for 1 kg. Example: 1.95(Â¥/kg).”
So I have set my shipping rate for 1 Kg… ie 210 in that box.
In the configurations at the top it states, shipping rate 210.
However 1KG goods are being calculated at 500g rate. My 1KG product is calculating 105RMB for shipping.
I can double the rate and it should fix it, but I don’t understand your hint and having to input double the rate leaves me a little nervous.
Having said that, thanks for your plugin, apart from this it fits the bill nicely.
Just want to say great plugin anyway, thanks for all your work.

Thank you for your kind help.
I am looking to replicate the swipe from the left side of the screen behaviour that is quite common on android apps but also in addition to a click button.
I understand without the native app this might prove very difficult.
I did see on sites such as: m.ign.com their responsive side menu only opens with a click, but could be closed with a left swipe gesture.
I am not very familiar with jquery but am happy to learn and have just started some online javascript courses, so the code that you have provided is much appreciated, I will have a play around.

I mean gesture slide to slide open, not click with slide animation.
Good news it works now, bad news I have no idea why it wasn’t working before.
Would still love slide to open. Still worth the purchase.
