Hi @django16, before anything – you should check CACHE – the CART page and CHECKOUT shouldn’t be cached (95%).
I guess you skipped something or didn’t edit translated products with “Normal Translator” – to be sure GIFT or Giftable is checked (maybe you didn’t translate Gift Categories?).
You can create a user for us,

We have that idea in mind (feature) but we dont have ETA (cant say when it will be ready, nor when it will be released – its not in active development, that can be confirmed)Past Post with useful links (when you dont have quite alot of gifts):
Also it all depends on your needs, if you have static 3-5 gifts then the best way would be to go with custom code and functions that suit your website/needs.

colleague created small “beta” plugin: It doesnt check price/total, it will just remove all products “Gifts” when “Coupon Code” is used.

Then that code will not work (its created to work with one coupon code and multiple gifts).Not sure about today but I will see to extend it to all coupons and all gifts – then it can be useful for you.

If you have just 1 coupon code We created this code that you can edit – its working with coupon code coupon01 and it will remove all gifts you define in items_id_to_remove.If you get any issues, bugs send it please to us – so we can check/fix it,

Could you just share how many “Gifts” are you having?
– how many coupons?
– do you have one or a lot of Gift categories?If we get time, maybe we could create small function/plugin that will remove GIFT X if a Coupon X is used, please share as much as you can with us via email support [at/] decom.ba

We didn’t close that ticket (its still pinned to the top – so everyone can see it).– right now Giftable doesn’t support coupon codes, we have a plan to release an update (that will work with coupon codes) – in next few months.
– you can create a custom function that will remove GIFT and GIFTABLE from the page with: woocommerce_applied_coupon, woocommerce_coupons_enabled filters when the coupon code is applied ( WC()->cart->applied_coupons ).

Thank you for your interest in our plugin, we did think about [1], but we are lil` bit short on time. The [2] would be more complex and didn’t even consider something like that (but the idea will be considered).We cant give you an estimated time (month, could be months) – as we are booked, we are doing our best to support Giftable as best as we can (and YES, we have plans for upgrades and new things – mid 2018)
[1] and even [2] could be done via hooks/filters but we didn’t test it.

Right now there isn’t easy way/option for that:
– You could create two user roles (new user roles – dont remove old ones [customer,editor etc…])
– Role1 (All users) & Role2 (Users that received gifts)
– Combine Conditional: Your Conditional (Price, Amount) + User Role (Role1)

*This step requires manual switching users from Role1 to Role2
**Didn’t test this on a real website yet (could try it over a weekend) if its important for you and you are OK with manual switching users.Thank you for the IDEA

4. Why are you having 2 Cart pages? (cart and cart-2)
5. Did you try to use a different theme? (StoreFront)
6. For your GIFT select Product data: Gift Screenshot Product data*Giftable 1.0.1 is with JS fix (no need to add anything from previous posts..)

We have plans for it – Giftable for WooCommerce in 2018, to integrate new things and go with the latest changes (even Gutenberg).– More notifications about gifts (if visiting directly checkout), like small notifications (not big popups that Google don’t love.)
*we will put this idea in IDEAS – but can’t give any ETA or promises.
