I don’t know how to do this in the “user manager” area… i find the possibility to approve new users registration only in the “inbox” area.
No, the only emails in the putbox are tje ones that notify the admin of the new user registration, we are activating the users from the “inbox” page
We have the free version and manual activation is working properly, only the notification isn’t working
WE are using a custom SMTP, all the maails are being sent except this one

I confirm that the user account is activated in the backend as the admin clicks on the activation link. We also checked the spam folder
