Hi, thanks for your help… I think I found some info on my question (or found how to ask the question!)….

My confusion was about the fact that wordpress.org had been downloaded and then uploaded to our 1and1 server as it is used to host a seperate wordpress.org site for a client… but I now need to set up another one for our own site and set up a separate database…. I think?
