1- Create a new Shipping Zone called the Test Zone.
2- Add cost to only one class like “Bridal Legenga” for testing purposes.
3- Remove the United States from the “USA | Canada | Rest of Europe” shipping zone.
4- Add the United States to the Test Zone.Now try to check with the Bridal Legenga product and see if the shipping cost is appearing.
Then remove the United States from the Test Zone and add Japan instead.
After that test again if the cost is appearing.It worked this way, the test zone worked for both USA and Japan when added separately. But again the rest of the zones are still the same not working.

Thank you for replaying again!
I have read and did exactly what has been stated in the documentation but nothing works, I disabbled all the plugins, code snippets and themes and tested and it still doesnt work.Below is the full screenshot of Zone -> USA

I had to remove australia for testing Geo Location feature because we are doing some geo location related work on the website and I belong to Australia, I had to remove Australia for testing purpose.

The shipping classes have different prices for different shipping zones, I m using a multicurrency plugin, But I disabled all the plugins and tried but it didnt help.
