please, check the speed without www

if java is enabled then it is becoming impossible to load the site, and my page spped goes down by 19 points for mobile and by 14 points for desktop. the sam is with html, if I check only css, than my speed goes down by for for mobile and by 5 for desktop

But if I have front end posting and users are submiting posts frontend then I should go and select no sidebar option for every single post?

2. And also I would like to not have sidebars and footers for mobile devices, and I have put the following css, but it removed none of them, what am I doing wrong?
