Also please note that many many rss feeds get used within other sites. Its a common practice. If your making an rss feed available then that feed can be used. You could consider using some kind of third party for your rss feed url. Suggest you use Feedburner.com for this.
In fact its good advice for any RSS feed you may have. If you run it (burn it) through feedburner you can resolve many many rss feed issues. Just saying.

Sounds incorrect….no video file is .exe
Have you tried changing the file extension to .flv, .mp4, .mov, or .mpg it could be that your file extension has changed. Try that … I think you may well find it works.
